Singer/songwriter Mason Forsey Mackinnon has joined forces with Kingston talent Jackson Baird and Zachary Sykes to present a new high energy rock act under the name "Mason FM". The trio performs original songs along with classic covers from the 70s and 90s. Their style is based in rock but often takes from other genres. They have performed on 9 occasions to date with many more on the way. Some highlights include playing at the Leon's Centre (Former K-Rock Centre) downtown Kingston (For the St Lawrence College Graduation Ceremony) as well as their participation in Kingston's "Homegrown" music festival. They also played a 3 hour set at the Royal Tavern 2.0. in July.
